The The W.K. Kellogg Foundation recently funded a multi-year series on Food Sustainability and Society issues. Topics in this series include: industrial meat production, issues faced by immigrant and women farmers, the epidemic of childhood obesity, the challenges of bringing healthy foods into school cafeterias, and as ground-breaking initiatives seeking to expand access to healthy, organic food.
