The The W.K. Kellogg Foundation recently funded a multi-year series on Food Sustainability and Society issues. Topics in this second series include: industrial meat production and safety,  the lack of healthy food availability in inner cities, the prevalence of corn in our food supply, the struggles of migrant workers as well as ground-breaking initiatives seeking to expand America’s access to healthy, organic locally-produced food.
